I raced through this book, falling in love with the characters. 2 separate stories of approaching changes of magnitude, we‘re being led to the countdown. I loved and hated the ending but I highly recommend reading this.

He didn't need someone to fix the problem - there was no fixing it. He needed someone to acknowledge his feelings. Accept his pain. Agree that his heart was broken, and that it should be. And that it might stay broken for a long, long time.

I‘m trying to get this one finished off before #MayMadness starts tomorrow, but it‘s just heart wrenching. I‘m out running errands, I‘ve got my headphones in, and I‘m trying not to sob while I‘m in public. It doesn‘t help that I‘m already emotional, because I just had to say goodbye to my hubby for another two weeks. 😅

kgriffith That‘s the only drawback to amazing books on audio — I have to be careful, or else I end up having to pull over on my commute because I can‘t see to drive! 😭😂 5y

Fell asleep while listening to this audiobook, and had a quick nap. Blame the sleepy kitties. I laid down beside them for quick snuggles, and was out like a light.
But I‘m back up and at em! And on to reading some more! Current times: 14h5m for #25inFive and 10hr10min for #24B4Monday

Maybe I shouldn‘t have chose an audiobook that has me fighting back tears to fall asleep to 🙃 time to shut it off, and actually sleep.
