Searingly raw. Palatable with grief. A prose that can split a reader in two. Olive Juice will swallow you whole, reducing you to the little deaths scattered throughout this small but vastly touching novella. Before this book, I had never heard of Missing White Woman Syndrome, and oh, how that broke my heart. Two fathers attempt to find their way home, and maybe, just maybe, they'll find their way back to each other in the process. Heartbreaking.

A real tear-jerker. Heartbreakingly beautiful and melancholic in equal measure. Klune honestly wrung every emotion out of me by the end of my journey with this book. A poignant tale of love and loss, beautifully written and amongst Klune's greatest triumphs. Don't forget your tissues before setting forth on this emotional rollarcoster. I became acquainted with Olive Juice over a year ago now, yet I'll carry this story of the rest of my life ♡
