This is from The Best American Poetry 2011 but that one is not in the data base. #litsypoetry365
This poem strikes me as humorous. I remember when we discussed it in class we found it humorous as well but also there is something deep and knowing in it as well.
This is actually out of the 2011 edition but that isn't in the database. I wouldn't have bought this book except I needed it for the poetry class I took that year. There are some fantastic pieces in these anthologies.
