Sweet remembrances from Middle and High School in the 1980's. Reads like a series of personal essays rather than a true memoir. Lovely and nostalgic but not a lot of meat to it. #DBF2016

Loving the #nonfictionnovember hashtag. A few days late to the party, but here's my non-fic TBR

I usually keep one non-fiction going at any given time, but haven't recently. I typically read 3-4 fiction per non. How do you all integrate non-fiction into your reading? Anyone else feel that non-fiction is daytime reading only?

Aseleener My goal for 2017 is to read more nonfiction. I was thinking maybe try to read one a month. But I am always at the mercy of library holds, so who knows how that will work out. 7y

Vexingcircumstance I don't read a ton of non fiction all the time because it depends on my mood and what non-fiction I come across. It tends to take me longer to read them too unless it's a biography that really pulls me in. Bios are the non-fiction that I read the most. Although I do like other types on occasion. And actually yea I do tend read the in daytime more. I prefer lighter fare for nighttime reading. 7y

Notafraidofwords I completely gravitate towards fiction, but I tend to read a fiction and a non fiction together. I read non fiction at night because I suffer from insomnia and I need some things to make me sleepy. 7y

MyNamesParadise Usually nonfiction is read alongside a fiction book because nonfiction on its own tends to bore me. Also, I pick books on topics I'm interested. Like Creative writing books because I want to write. I have ADD and IBS so I'll get books about those (not really self help but books that allow me to be aware of those conditions). It usually takes me a long time to get through a nonfiction. 7y
