Protecting Caroline
Protecting Caroline: SEAL of Protection, Book 1 | Susan Stoker
7 posts | 16 read | 5 to read
**Protecting Caroline is a stand-alone love story. It's Book 1 in the SEAL of Protection Series.** Matthew "Wolf" Steel hated flying commercial. Luckily his job as a Navy SEAL meant he didn't have to do it very often. He'd been unlucky enough to be assigned a middle seat on the cramped jet, but fortunately for him, the woman next to him was willing to switch seats with him. Hoping for a relaxing flight, Wolf was pleasantly surprised at the good conversation and sense of humor the woman had as they flew 36,000 feet over the countryside. When Caroline boarded the plane to Virginia to move across the country for her new job she never expected to be seated next to the hottest guy she'd ever seen. She also never expected he'd be so easy to talk to. She knew he'd never be interested in talking to her if he hadn't been trapped in the seat next to her, but it was a nice way to spend a long plane ride. Neither Wolf nor Caroline were prepared for a terrorist hijacking of their plane, but if Caroline thought that would be the last time she'd see, or need, Wolf, she'd be sorely mistaken. Start the SEAL of Protection Series with Caroline and Wolf's story

Plane hijacking, kidnapping terrorists and double agents made this book one wild ride. It was nuts, but fun. The romance was closed door but sweet.

I loved this book. Great characters and storyline. Action packed. Off to download the next in the series.

Why did I wait so long to start this series. I love the way we met the entire team right from the start. The way they rallied around, no questions asked was inspiring. The strength Caroline had was remarkable and Wolf just WOW. Time for the next book.

I'm back from the mountains! I managed to keep up with #lotrchapteraday and I got farther into Neverwhere. I also finished this quick read. It was easy to tell this was the authors first novel. I might borrow the second in the series from the library to see if they get better or not. The author has a ton of books and series published, so something tells me the books get better.

LibrarianJen Also this reminds me of a display a coworker once did of bare chested men on the covers 😂😂😂 7y
802Librarian We have a "wall of men" in our kitchen of covers like this from books we've weeded ? 7y
