Beauty Series | Skye Warren
."..an intriguing and sexy beastly hero, a vulnerable young student who coaxes him out of his shell, and a romantic and erotic storyline that is sure to satisfy readers. Another winner from Warren." - Penelope's Romance Reviews Erin cleans Mr. Morris's house twice a week to pay for college. She soaks up every moment with the man she secretly loves--until she interrupts a private moment. He's moaning her name, and she refuses to hide her feelings any longer. Blake Morris knows he's not good enough for the beautiful young woman. He's scarred both inside and out. When Blake receives an offer to return to teach at his alma mater, this is his chance to reenter the world--and to be worthy of the woman he loves. After a troubling revelation, the couple deepen their respect for one another and explore new heights for their sensual play. But secrets and shadows lay in wait along the path, and it will be up to Erin and Blake to forge their own happy ending. This omnibus edition contains four parts of the Beauty series, including: 1. Beauty Touched the Beast 2. Beneath the Beauty 3. Broken Beauty 4. Beauty Becomes You "I love this "Beauty and the Beast" story that Skye Warren has crafted. She puts a twist to this classic tale that makes it different and deliciously erotic." - Nina's Literary Escape "I consider this series a Top Pick because their story is not only very memorable and extremely sexy, but I could read this series many times over and never tire of it. In fact, I already know I will revisit them again for years to come." - Ms Romantic Reads

Beauty Series | Skye Warren

What is your favorite short series? By short, I mean I don‘t want the series where you follow Detective Joe Schmoe around for 432 years. 3-4 books is what I‘m looking for.

Bookzombie 😂 I will have to think about this. 🤔 6y
BrainyHeroine Dorothy Must Die, The Selection Series, and then so many books are duologies now. Outside of YA you're going to get more than 5 in a series from pretty much everyone 6y
wrenaymuhree The Cormoran Strike series is pretty great. 6y

Josie @Bookzombie haha!!! You have all the time in the world!! I‘ll wait :) 6y
Josie @BrainyHeroine hmm. Interesting. 6y
Josie @wrenaymuhree OH DUH. I read the first one, and have the second one but forgot all about it! 6y
wrenaymuhree Haha! @josie I have yet to read the 3rd...2nd was definitely more gruesome, but both were smart mysteries nonetheless! 6y
Bookzombie I second the Cormoran Strike series. Also, The Millenium Trilogy. There have been new ones by a new author but I won‘t read them. 🙂 6y
Bookzombie @wrenaymuhree @Josie I think the third was even darker. 6y
Bookzombie I know you like horror and even though I haven‘t finished this trilogy I think you would like it. 6y
Josie @wrenaymuhree I can handle gruesome as long as it doesn‘t involve small babies or animals. You lose me at that point. 6y
Josie @Bookzombie I am dying right now because I have said those exact same words when recommending the Millenium Trilogy 😂😂 literally, verbatim “there have been new ones by a new author, but I WON‘T read them!!” 6y
Josie @Bookzombie no joke, I was looking at that on Overdrive just a few minutes ago!!! We‘re twinning out the ass right now 😂😂😭😭 6y
wrenaymuhree 👍 you should be good, then, @josie. And @Bookzombie YES YES YES the Millennium Trilogy is THE BEST. I always forget how much I love that trilogy...def great for a reread, too! 6y
TheNextBook Ooohh yes! @BarbaraTheBibliophage I agree with The Strike Series too. Have you read The Hunger Games or The Fifth Season series!? Both really good and quick 6y
EvieBee There are only three in this one and it still kills me! 6y
Josie @TheNextBook I have read The Hunger Games, but not The Fifth Season! I‘ll look it up! Thanks girl :) 6y
Josie @EvieBee haha thanks!! I‘ll definitely check it out. Good to know 3 series books do still exist 6y
Bookzombie @Josie if Larsson had written more I would have continued. I like a lot of Jonathan Maberry‘s books if you want to check out more of his. (edited) 6y
Bookzombie @EvieBee That sounds really good. Stacked! 6y
Bookzombie If you like historical fiction, I would say check out Caleb Carr. I only read the second one but really liked it and have the first one on my shelf. Tagging the first one. 6y
Bookzombie Also, there are only four in this series. The author died and I understand the fourth one ends in a cliffhanger. I‘m hoping to get to it this month. (edited) 6y
Bookzombie For detectives, Rick Riordan wrote a series set in Texas. There are 7 books and I think he is done. I‘ve read the first 3 so far. 6y
Bookzombie I know you aren‘t looking for a lengthy series but I think you might like the Pendergast series. Or they have standalones also that you might like, i.e. Thunderhead and The Ice Limit. I would recommend exploring their website. 6y
Bookzombie Okay, one more because I can‘t help myself. YAish series with 5 books. As far as I know, that‘s all there will be. I‘ve read the first 2 and really liked them. 6y
sprainedbrain I was actually 😂 when I read your post. 432 years 😅I also love the Strike series mentioned above, and The Passage series by Justin Cronin is one of my favorite things ever... only 3 books, but they are long books. 6y
BooksAtNight I recently read City of Stairs and absolutely loved it. There are only 3 books in the series. 6y
EvieBee @Bookzombie I am obsessed! Wish more people knew about it. Can‘t wait to hear what you think. 🤓 6y
Josie @Bookzombie YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!!! Thank you thank you! I am going to check out all of those!!! 6y
Bookzombie @Josie I hope you like some of them. ☺️ 6y
minkyb Try Lindsay Faye. There are only 3 books set in NY around the time the police force was being created. The main characters are 2 brothers. Loved these. 6y
Josie @minkyb that sounds amazing!! And so different from stuff I normally read. I will definitely check it out, thank you! 6y
Sapphire It is 6 or 7, but Dee Henderson's O'malley series is great. Each one stands on its own, but it is the story of a group of now adult orphans who chose to be a family and each one has a different heroic job. A crisis negotiator, a doctor, a fireman, etc. Their lives and loves are interwoven 6y
Josie @Sapphire that sounds so good!!! I will definitely look into it 6y
