Enough suspense to keep me reading, and it's quite interesting so I will be looking for the first 2 books.

Revisiting my childhood memory.
When I first started reading English language books, I read a lot of Enid Blyton's, and The Faraway Tree series quickly become one of my favourite.
Rereading this, I still love all the magic in them, and cant help feeling jealous of the characters lol.
P/s: been told that Enid Blyton not really popular in the US. Is it true?

After more than 2 months wait, a few emails to #BookDepository (resulting in a replacement being sent, FOC 😅) and a few emails to the local postage service to check my parcel, I finally got to hold this book in my hand.

I had asked BookDepository to not send out the replacement if the havent't yet, or I'll pay the price if they already did.

I decided to read some romance to settle my feeling after finishing The Power of Five, so I chose this one. Took me two weeks to finish, because
1. I lost it somewhere in the house, a few time, and
2. It doesn't have the wow factor to keep me reading.
3. I'm not really in the mood of adult books right now 😅
So, yeah, back to the YA books craze!!

Pickpick

The fourth book end with a cliffhanger, but the ending of the fifth, also the last book, I'm not sure how to put it in words. It's happy and sad at the same time, and also a bit frustrating for me. I wish there was more. But anyway, this is well written. Something different from the adventure and action in Alex Rider.

Ciffhanger! I feel like crying already. I'm glad I got my hand on all five books before I started reading them.

Starting the third book yay! Had this on my shelves for so long, recently got the other books to complete the series (first and fifth book with newer type of cover 😥) and binge reading them now.

The second book is clearly an improvement compared to the first one! More action and I love it.

I've read a few series involving young covert agent, and so because I have room to spare during a booksale i just took it. Not the best, but still something that I could enjoy. Since this is the second book, should I find the first or the third book by chance, I would grab it but I wouldn't search high and low for it.

I'm not dissapointed with this one. Since I have yet manage to get my hand on the next book, I might end up rereading the series from the beginning lol.

Took me quite sometimes to finish all 3 books (2nd books took me a month) but I love it. Old house, beautiful garden and nursery, and household ghost. The last book creep me out the most.

Breakaway | Catherine Gayle

One of my favourite series, The Portland Storm. Even though I came from a tropical country, I just love love love hockey. Breakaway, and the subsequent books, just show that you can have a balance of hockey action and romance in one book, instead of being heavy on romance with very little hockey action. Waiting for the time when I can get a physical book instead of just reading the ebook

Pickpick

I feel like I learn something new and exciting everytime I read book written by Nora Roberts. This time it's about gardening.

First book of the In The Garden trilogy, it focus on Stella, who move to Memphis with her two young children after the sudden death of her husband.
