Un libro sul femminismo e la caparbietà della donna.
L'analisi dei personaggi è accurata e resa interessante.

As someone that had suffered of depression, I can understand what the protagonist is going through..
Sometimes we just need to take the courage and ask for help ❤

I haven't like it really much.
Probably I was expecting much more as many people told me it was amazing and I would have cried.
I found it hard to go through. I managed to read 50 pages and then I got stuck and I found difficult to arrive until the end.

RaimeyGallant If it is anything like Circe, lots of characters to remember, but what I found in reading Circe was that it wasn't important to remember all the names. 6y
marti86 I still have to read Circe as I am waiting to be available in my local library.. I hope it will be better 🤞 6y
MotionChickness @RaimeyGallant I constantly struggle with character names.... and it‘s hard to get past the fact that I proooobably don‘t need to remember all of them. The whole “marriage to Helen” scene in the beginning gave me a headache 😂 6y

RaimeyGallant @Stephuhhnieee It was hard for me, too. 6y
bernadette I think Circe was a much easier read and a stronger story, but it did have a slow start and a strong finish. I liked Song of Achilles when I read it but tbh I don't remember it very well. 6y
marti86 I think when there are too many characters is easier to get confused and I can find difficult when the names are similar 6y

Honestly I have been a bit disappointed. It took me a bit to get into the story and I much prefer when she writes about single girls with a bit of bad luck..

I enjoyed the book..
I can definitely relate to Katie as most of the people are thinking that someone else has a perfect life as we do not know what is happening for real..
And as in all Kinsella's books there is an happy ending 😉

I liked a lot this book as I think almost everyone can relate to it at one point of his life.
Maybe not everyone has been with so much bad luck but as it is a book it turn out with an happy ending.
