A beautiful book about imaginary friends, family, friendship and the inportance of fantasy. Although I believe this book is for parents--so they understand that choldren see and feel everything that's happening around--and they also need to know, understand and talk about what's happening to the family. Highly reccomended!!!

aquanin I love this mid grade book! It's sadly beautiful and beautifully sad :"( 7y

The nicest quote: "It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities." I so stand by it in my troubled times. Lived this book. Soo great :)

I work as an YA editor and for the last almost 2 uears I haven't read anything for my pleasure. Until I reread HP like the 11th time :) The first 2 chapters were very hard to get through... but since Hagrid came and then all the magic... I felt like the first time I read this. The magic of reading is back. I am mesmerized by HP world as always. I am reading quite slowly, but noticing such details story- and writingwise. Pure pleasure!

I read this book 7 times so far... for different reasons, but liked it more and more each time. Actually cant wait to reread it again sometimes soon. Highly recommended!

This was so funny, full of irony and a full-on parody!!! Although not the best book of Patrick Ness, but still pretty damn good!

I've had a 6 months reading slump :/ And then one morning I randomly picked a book from my bookcase and read it in two sittings---on my way to and from work. Couldn't put it down... thinking about it since then...
