This book has successfully making me nuts. I didn't particularly like the main characters. The content is making me nerve wrecking ? The big reveal, the suspense is killing me. lol. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed reading it. All the time I'm reading it, I was like ..."What the hell Amber?!" and then ??‍♀️ (that was how emotional I can get. For some reasons, I do feel like I want to flip this book)??

Can I be honest? Is this supposed to be Harry Potter fan fiction or re-tale? well, it seems like it. The whole Watford, magical world, the mage, the characters! I thought it will fascinate me, but neah. It should have been more not just plain. The spells are quite ridiculous. & I lost at the end chapters. I couldn't find anything enjoyable about this. Anyway, the only thing I'm in awed are Simon and Baz's hopelessly romantic relationship.

"And this gay thing. It feels so big. It's almost insurmountable. I don't know how to tell them something like this and still come out of it feeling like Simon".

My review on this book is *drumroll please* I freaking Love it! not only because those gleeful moments, but it successfully got me out from reading slump. This is absolutely fun to read and I'm so keen to get some more of Becky Albertalli! (Not you JG) ?
