5/5. Bright acryllic on wood, original photography, and digital art illustrations captivate readers as they travel with Mira inspiring her community to actively spread color throughout their community. A great read-aloud pairing with I Ain't Gonna Paint No More!

3/5. Some passages were beautiful and hauntingly eerie. Other passages felt weak.HH's narration felt self-indulgent and was problematic for me. Prefer The Collector by Fowles.

Most important book I read from 2016. Beautiful, honest, dark, truthful. 5/5.

Maybe that's why I'm crying is. The old us is a new us every day, and we have to accept that we will have a beginning and a middle and an end.
