Great read! Read it in one sitting on my deck! I was expecting it to be similar to the Alex Cross books and it was a bit, but Peter Knight's character was a rawer version of the detective. I look forward to more of the 'Private' series!

Started reading this at the beach. Stayed up late last night and early again today to finish it. Kay Scarpetta is an amazing woman. Love to see her niece Lucy in the book. I love Patricia Cornwell's books. Even though they have the same characters, you can read them in any order. Starting another!

First book I have read of John Brady's. Immediately grabbed my attention and I have to admit I read it in one sitting! The main character Matt Minogue is intriguing... sort of a crusty father type of inspector.

Stayed up late to finish this book by Anna Quindlen. As the story progressed, I could empathize with Maggie as she struggled with being 13 and losing her best friend. Every family has struggles and this Scanlon family was made stronger in the end. Great book.
