Ugh! The Count of Monte Cristo meets Hamlet meets Star Wars? This book is so awesome. Layer after layer of plot twists- it is truly an amazingly well written book!

Loved it! So saturated with wonderful historical accounts of Hemingway and the Parisian expatriates of the 1920s. Beautiful and well researched.

Juvenile writing for such a mature topic. Still, I couldn't put it down! A great beginner book club pick for younger readers.

Beautiful prose but certainly tapered off content-wise near the end. Should have been 150 pages longer!
