Leonardo da Vinci | Walter Isaacson

Pickpick

I'm three fifths into this new work from Walter Isaacson and very pleased. Of particular interest is the primary source of his reference material is Da Vinci's Notebooks. The breadth of Da Vinci's mind is beyond comprehension. For many people Da Vinci is Mona Lisa or The Last Supper. As wonderful as these paintings are they represent just the tip of the iceberg relative to Da Vinci's interests and capabilities.

Jack-Cade Just finished. One of the most remarkable reads on arguably the most remarkable mind, certainly the most universal the world has come to know. By all means you should place this work on your to read list. You will not be disappointed. 6y
