Sorry meant to post this under review but oh well-this was a good first book. It‘s not necessarily just about the Joker, it focuses on a psychiatrist who is working with him and how Joker is beginning to get in the Drs head despite his best efforts.

Went to the comic book store and got several new comics. This one is about a woman who beheads several men with a Viking axe but the heads are still able to talk and tell stories. The women needs to find out the lies from the heads to be able to save her boyfriend.

Out in the sunshine reading this book while at work. The author is a journalist who jokingly said he would only write about butterflies and flowers after his stint in Iraq. He then finds out the illegal trade including black market butterflies and destroyed ecosystems. Sounds good.

Literally out in the woods..reading stranger in the woods. This book has been pretty fascinating so far. To learn the kind of someone who is just..different. And there doesn‘t have to be anything wrong with you to just decide you prefer your own company. A lot of fun so far.

A bit on the nose-but I‘m helping with a search and rescue mission and in my down time I‘ve started this. It‘s been really good so far!

This definitely sounds 1800s to me. The men not trusting other men because..a woman. She‘s to blame ofc.

Going to try this today. It‘s a story of the Donner party which most of us already know, but this story gives some creep factor by insinuating the real evil wasn‘t the people but a supernatural factor. I‘m excited. Oh and the Donner party camped next to my home back on the day! Let‘s see if I can be weirded out 😂

Picked this up today. Talks about the incidents with binge drinking going up for women and what relates to it including psychological issues, work pressures and society pressure and how wide spread the problem is. Can‘t wait to start

I‘ve been in a reading slump lately so I think I‘ll try to read a bit of this tonight before I completely fall asleep 😴

We just finished this book in maybe a day and a half..it was so good! So much more Villanelle 🙌🏽 God I can‘t wait for book 3!!!

A telling and accurate (in my own opinion) description of Eve. I have no basis for this..just feel it‘s right lol

I love this comparison. It compares a vampire to how a sociopath weaves through society. (Sorry about the spill from my water glass)

I‘m obsessed with Killing Eve on BBC America so I bought this book in honor of Villanelle and for Jodie Comer‘s best leading actress win today. Yay! No fancy glasses so my champagne is in this cute glass instead.

Bought this book on break today at the closest bookstore. I was at a conference for sexual assault kit backlogs and cold case investigations. I like to try books of procedurals so I can avoid mistakes or utilize new techniques in my own cases. #dogsoflitsy

Starting this one. I‘ve heard good things but I‘m a little weary so far. Maybe it‘s just me but even though the writer is a POC he‘s not black so I kinda feel he‘s using another culture he might not know all the intricacies to-also a character used the N-word and I was like “oh no I don‘t know bout that” 🤦🏽‍♀️

Mehso-so

I liked the illustrations but the story was very “meh”. I was bored with the “vlogging” sections and the supporting characters. I ended up skipping through a lot of the pages toward the middle. People love this book but I just wasn‘t into it.

This book has a huge crossover for me into the Telltale series of Wolf Among Us. I like werewolves hence I read the book but this game has a deep dive (and amazing soundtrack) so I recommend both 🙌🏽
