I found this on top of the printer and I got captivated by its title.
Summary: This book is like a fact book. It tells us how humans evolved over time, when there was about 6 types of humans, AKA humans. Until they all got extinct except for one - Homo Sapiens.

FluffyTurtle Throughout the book it gives us facts how humans evolved. First starting with pre-agriculture then to the cognitive revolution. Soon after it talks about how we developed money, religion, and how human civilization united. Moving into the scientific revolution, law of religion, maps, then to technology and how we take advantage of it. It explains mathematical laws, the industrial revolution, how Kings and Queens influenced their people. 4y
FluffyTurtle It speaks about the Age of Shopping, the scientific dogma, bureaucracy, and famous structures that went down in history. It tells us how we discovered coal and how we used to put it in our kitchens. How gunpowder was discovered for explosives and much more. (edited) 4y

I got this book in a really dusty drawer from my sisters room because I couldn't find any interesting books that I liked.
Summary: David a man who was blessed with a smart, beautiful wife and a young son. Gifted with a successful career as a famous academic. But everything starts to go downhill when his brain shuts down when he supposed to be awake.

FluffyTurtle His desire to sleep affects him when he is writing, working, driving and everything else that he does in daily life. It starts to leave his family in pieces with his job on the edge. Until he finds a loaded gun in his old family's house. Once he held it he felt like he was alive and free from the desire of sleep. He starts to lose control and take greater action to what he was holding. Risking people's lives and his life. (edited) 4y
FluffyTurtle Further into the book he starts to lose himself in his desire to feel alive again. In the end he could not resist to his impulses. So he shot his wife, his brother, and his coworkers. But that wasn't enough for him. He wanted feel more relief and the feeling of being more awake, so he begged for a bullet to land in his brain. That moment was the time he felt more alive and the last time he will ever feel anything. (edited) 4y

Book Title: The Stranger I Married

Finished:

I bailed this book because in the first 10 pages there were inappropriate scenes that are not suited for school.
