Like the perfect movie "Love Actually", this book follows the stories of multiple strangers whose lives sometimes intersect - if only on the periphery. It is classic Jill Mansell in the sense that it is sweet, romantic, and filled with multiple happy endings. This one deals with some serious topics (one of the characters has cystic fibrosis) and felt authentic (as much as it can in a bast case scenario way.) I enjoyed it.

First off, how gorgeous is this cover? (GORGEOUS.)

A few years ago I must have been really into starting new trilogies because this year I have had a ton of final books to read. It is very satisfying to end something and this one was as enjoyable to read as the first book. If you like parallel dimensions, hot scientists, and galactic conspiracies you just might enjoy these books.

I thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy and this book gave it a satisfying ending. I got a little confused at times with some of the lore and prophecy stuff AND I felt it ended a little abruptly but overall I think it ended strong. Highly recommend - especially the first book which is 👌

I can't say this was my favorite book of the series so far and as the third book of six it suffered a little bit from needing to set things up for events to come but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. One thing Maas impresses me with is her ability to introduce new characters (Team Rowan) at this stage and have me as invested in them as the original characters (long live Dorian).

Thinking of You | Jill Mansell

I've gone through a serious Jill Mansell phase this summer. She has published a ton which, to be honest, put me off at first. But once I started I couldn't stop. She is a master of light, funny, romantic, character driven Brit-lit. My only complaint is that her books have lead me to believe finding love in England is super easy but when I was on vacation in London a month ago...nothing. Maybe I'll try Cornwall next.
