This book was the absolutely perfect cure to the hangover I had after finishing The Folk of the Air series.. I have heard good things, but I was surprised by the depth of the plot, characters, and magic system. It‘s the perfect mix of everything needed to make you forget about the bustling world we live in. Highly recommend

This book was so beautiful that I can‘t even begin to describe it. It quickly became one of my all time favorites. I highly recommend.

This book.. I have so many things I could say about this book, but most of all I wish I could have read it at a younger age. I was slightly disappointed. There was barely any dialogue so it was difficult to get to know the characters and the main character had two cases of “insta love” within only a few chapters.

There‘s something about the characters and story that sparked a fire within my soul, and I will forever recommend this book to anyone who will listen.

To Kill a Kingdom is one of the many, many pirate themed books that has me constantly searching for similar titles. The concept and storyline had me hooked from the beginning, but there were times when the plot slowed down. I‘ve seen a few reviews stating that this book is too juvenile, but it‘s YA, so.. what do you expect? I‘ve also heard that the ending was disappointing but in my opinion, it was perfect. I love happy endings.
