This awesome book was written by a great co- worker and even better English teacher. It is filled with hilarious grammar and a great plot. It's a Must Read!!

Grave Surprise | Charlaine Harris
Pickpick

A little slow to start, this book, however, kept my attention. Charlaine Harris delivers on the mystery and the development of Harper's character. Can't wait to read the 3rd book in the series.

I absolutely love this book! I get excited every Spring when I get to explore it with my students. I really like how Capote uses imagery and description to really see inside the characters. The way he plays out Dick and Perry's mental decline leaves one almost saddened by their ending, while at the same time content with the final judgement.

I read this book for the soul purpose of trying to understand why the 10th grade students in my school were enthralled with it. After reading it all the way through I was so shocked not at How It Was Written for what was written and its effect on a dystopian perspective. I recommend this book especially for the aspect of how this novel set the foundations for future dystopian novels and as an English teacher the language is just fascinating.

I have read the first four books in this series and am currently working on the fifth. Normally this wouldn't have been my cup of tea, but once I got into the mystery, I couldn't put it down. I love the fact that the main character feels true and embedded in a possible reality.
