After reading loads on my eReader I have now picked up a "real" book: Brain Wave by Poul Anderson (first published in 1954, my edition from 1965). It was recommended to me by one of the guys from the NCSF, the Dutch contact centre for science fiction. They ran this amazing second-hand SF bookstall at an event a couple of months ago and I bought a lot. Anyway, enjoying this old SF classic!

They are horrible/wonderful enablers at my local indy bookstore. They gave me gift cards in an online competition and a 10% "welcome" card at a recent con. So I just had to visit, how could I not? I got Only Human by Sylvain Neuvel (can't wait, I loved the first two), It Devours! Read this for the #torbookclub. When I read about this book on forums most people said they found it hard to get into, complicated. But I loved it. Rational/theological science fiction, that's my jam! I loved the world building, language used, style, and story.
