The first chapter of the first book out of the sequel has me hooked! Felix is the main character is “trapped” in an orphanage and is longing to escape to find his mom and dad! Felix is a funny, smart, and risk taking kid! I can tell this series is going to be a good one!

In the novel “Projekt 1065” a quote that really stood out to me and made me more engaged in the novel was “...there wasn‘t time to get word to my parents. I was just going to have to save the British pilot myself.” (Pg. 44). Without spoiling anything about “Projekt 1065”, the main character has joined a hitler youth camp and has to save the British pilot that has fallen from the sky all by himself...

I am going to be starting the novel “Projekt 1065”. This novel is by Alan Gratz. “Projekt 1065” is about a young boy joining the Hitler Youth as a spy and going undercover to save a British pilot that has fallen from the sky.

This was a phenomenal novel by Dan Gemeinhart. “The Honest Truth” is the type of book I will pick up and fall in love with it all over again. It was heartbreaking, moving, and laughable, all in one book. 10/10 would recommend!

I am so excited to pick up “The Honest Truth”. “The Honest Truth” is about a “normal” kid named Mark. He loves photography and has a dream of climbing Mount Rainier. One day, he packs his camera, notebook, a one way train ticket, his pills, and his dog named Beau and sets off to Mount Rainier.

This novel had me hooked from the quote on the front cover to the last word on the back page. The character development was so strong throughout this whole novel. They were resilient, strong, compassionate kids. The novel had me in tears but then a couple pages later I was cheering for their successes. This was an excellent novel and I give it at 10/10!

In the novel “walking home” has an amazing quote that sets the tone for the novel. The quote is “Every journey, no matter how far, starts with one step.”

Real Friends by Shannon Hale and Leuyen Pham, is a graphic novel! I usually don‘t read graphic novels, but this one was outstanding! Real friends is based off of Shannon Hales childhood and her friendships while she was growing up! I would say this book is great for kids around 10-14 years old! Definitely a 10/10 novel!

I have just started reading the novel “When”, by Victoria Laurie! “When” is a mystery novel. So far, not much has happened but I can tell that it is going to pick up soon. I am really excited to finish this read!

So far, I have really enjoyed “Five Feet Apart”! I love how it tells me information about CF and also takes me along the journey of Stella the main character! I‘m so excited to continue the book!
