My Not So Perfect Life | Sophie Kinsella

Pickpick

Humor, heart, and hilarious madcap adventures. These are just a few of the things I loved about this book and a few of the reasons why Sophie Kinsella is one of my favorite writers of all time. A perfect reminder that the glossy, filtered lives we see on social media may not be so perfect after all.

A love story in every sense of the word! This book beautifully conveys so many different types of love - romantic, familial, friendship...and of course the love you feel for a wonderful author's unforgettable characters!

A Certain Age: A Novel | Beatriz Williams

A Certain Age captures everything I love about Beatriz Williams' novels: Two gripping love stories, two complicated, unforgettable heroines, and one swoon-worthy hunk. This novel transported me to the roaring 20s and I loved every indulgent, beautiful drop.

Loved, loved, loved this book! A timeless story of a mother and daughter, the secrets they keep, and the difficult decisions they must make. Two equally compelling narrators I couldn't say goodbye to, and a beautiful, poignant tale of family and motherhood.

Sense and Sensibility | Jane Austen

My favorite Jane Austen novel! The only thing better than one Austen heroine is two, and the rakish Willoughby of Allenham is my favorite Austen character ever. (Unpopular opinion? Maybe. But I could talk about that guy for days, which shows what a great character he is.) ❤️ this book!

cornfedwellread I played Elinor once, and I can't say I came away with a great opinion of Willoughby, though our confrontation scene was my favorite to play. 😉 Your photos are lovely, btw. 6y

The Royal We | Heather Cocks, Jessica Morgan

One of my top go-to books over the past year when someone asks what they should read next. Creative, heartwarming, and just plain addictive for both royal enthusiasts and anyone in the market for a great read. And if none of that grabs you, read it for Freddie, the ginger-haired "spare."

Without a doubt my favorite series of all time. I would follow Jamie and Claire's journey for a thousand more books. (Truth be told, I'd follow Jamie anywhere.)
