pickA poignant novel of hope, love, and freedom. Story was told from a duel timeline (1920s-1940s and 1995). Love the two main characters, Izzy and Clara. Thoroughly enjoys the writing, and I think how the author weaved the stories of these two women together (eventhough from different eras), was brilliant and flawless. Overall, it's a well written novel and I highly recommend it!
