so-soI wanted to like this book as I found the premise really cool. However, I felt there was too much backstory for Eric and that it impeded the overall narrative. There is also a lot of cursing which often feels forced and jolted me out of the narrative. I did like that this novel had some twists that I didn't see coming and I wasn't able to fully predict the ending. #kindle #primereading #primefirstbooks #forgottenbones
