I don‘t read a lot of food related books, but I really enjoyed this one. The recipes are mouth watering and the plot bizarre in the best possible way. I‘d love to try these dishes, but the preparations are rather elaborate and I really don‘t feel like force feeding a turkey an increasing number of walnuts for a fortnight and then killing it.
