This book had a slow beginning, but the plot picks up after around 50 pages. I‘m really intrigued by it. I‘ve never read anything taking place from the POV of a dragon. Their physiology and survival techniques are marvellous. While it‘s been taking me longer than normal to read it, I‘m quite satisfied with being able to savour it.

Finally diving into my mini-fantasy TBR!!
First book is about a brood of dragons, who are the last of a dying breed and the last hope for dragons' survival. But slave-trading dwarves break into the cave, leaving behind death and destruction in their wake. Only a rare, scaleless dragon escapes. Armed with only his claws & determination, he sets off in search of more of his kind.
