so-soWith a beautiful cover, I had high hopes for this fantasy. Elanna is a woman torn between two kingdoms in a divided nation. But the world-building relies on a bit more telling and can be repetitive at times. The central romance and the unique magic were my favorite parts- a sequel is forthcoming but this stands well on its own! #CoverPick
