Sorry folks, people were not cheering as Christianity came rolling into town. (That was the allied forces rolling through Europe after the fall of the Nazi regime. Very different.) A lot of people suffered by these people trying to force “salvation” into them. It‘s actually remarkably reminiscent of the Taliban and Isis. It‘s kind of scary, actually.

Weaponxgirl I think this applies to all of history. We need to stop looking at it through rose tinted glasses. Such as the British empire. We need to be honest about the awful things in the past that happened and how some of us have benefited from them. 5y
