Took some time this morning while #audiowalking to meditate and think on somethings. Definitely want to do this more regularly. I‘ve signed up for the #BlackHistoryBootcamp hosted by GirlTrek - every day centers on meditation inspired by a different Black Woman. Yesterday‘s was Toni Morrison.
