This book gives an insight into the mind of controlling and abusive men who attend a program to change. I found it fascinating to figure out why some people behave the way they do removing the mystery from trying to understand bossy and controlling people.

A must read for those who have this type of person in their life. Or curious minds such as myself.

I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone. As someone who has been in relationships with abusive men, it was an eye opener to red flags I either ignored or didn't know.
