Like most books of its kind, this one covers gratitude, opening your eyes to your surroundings, self-love, and little acts like arranging flowers in your home, calling a friend, relaxing in the tub, and listening to music. It also includes new age advice like clearing energy and grounding with Gaia (the earth), as well as whimsical ideas like “fairy finding.”

Great place to start if you're new to the genre.
