This short book provides further insight into the inner world of the empathic INFJ. Going as far as to validate some of the daily struggles that come with being an empath/ highly sensitive person.
Setting boundaries, understanding the self and enabling others to understand you are some of the key undertones.
Useful little tool to add to your toolkit!

I am so grateful that I have a family to spend time with at Christmas as I know not everyone has that. But being an INFJ and empathic introvert is extremely draining physically & emotionally. I feel like I need a week to recover from xmas day yesterday. I wish I could lock myself away in somewhere secluded with only myself for company.
