Damn Kae and their incredible writing that just hits you in the gut. To be able to write poetry like this, wow, how I wish I could. I just wish I could go up to them and give a hug and say it‘s going to be alright.

Kae's newest poetry collection is raw and emotional, tapping their anguish and joy in self-deprecation, self-discovery, and a burgeoning self-acceptance and self-love. Personal and universal, as the best poetry is. 💖🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
Alongside are my latest music purchases which provided my reading soundtrack 🎶📖🎶

This short selection from Kae's forthcoming book is encouraging ?

Covering relationships, romance, mental health, self-uncertainty, self-discovery, lgbtqia+ Pride, joy in nature and people and, of course, London. All this in the 14 pages extracted from the 64 pages of the complete book!

I'd love to quote some passages, but being less revolutionary than my reading would suggest, I'm obeying "The Man's" injunction on the back cover not to! ???

This sampler contains a 14-page selection from Kae's forthcoming book, "Divisible by Itself and One". The pamphlet says both that the book is published in 2024 and on 27/04/23, the publisher's website confirming the earlier date.
Kae reads one of the poems on SoundCloud, link in comments.
I'm hoping I enjoy this more than their last collection, Running Upon the Wires ? Anyway, I will be getting it on the release day ?
