This is without a doubt the biggest disappointment ever and this is how she chose to end the series. It‘s beyond confusing to me why she would literally write a UN-happily ever after FOR ALL THE BROTHERS! To say I‘m frustrated is an understatement. I may be done with this author.

Rating: 4/5.

I love the Maddoxes! I had to pause before I continued reading because I am nervous about the title. I always find myself attached to characters so when they did, I cry. I love this so much!

This book was a roller coaster. I really struggled with the multiple POVs. The plot was unbelievable. The end of the book felt choppy.
I was expecting Jim to die in this book, but not the way he did. I wish the story would've ended differently, but then Jamie Maguire wouldn't have had the wow-factor this ending provided. As much as I loved seeing how the Maddox family progressed, I wish the series had ended with Beautiful Burn.

I love all the Maddox men even though they are all cavemen when it comes to the women they love in their lives. This book was a great end to the series even if I cry a tear or two from the ending. Jamie McGuire did an awesome job keeping all the stories together. I did get confused with all the different POV's and kept forgetting who it was for each chapter.
⭐️⭐️⭐️

missarixreads I felt the same way about all the POVs. 8y
