I wasn't expecting these to be as good as they are. But somehow the author gave deer a society and mythology and....they're just fantastic and unusual and I loved both books, Fire Bringer about deer and The Sight about wolves. I also discovered there's a sequel to Sight, called Fell, so I'll have to read that soon! #wherethewildthingsare #90sinjuly
