pickI liked this one better than the first one! Sloane is a feisty, take-no-shit kind of girl, with a wicked sense of humour and an unfalteringly cheerful outlook on life. Grumpy Declan is the perfect foil, and the way they fight and struggle their way together is a very enjoyable read. Lots of suspense, a little mystery, and some great action scenes. The spice was well written and overall this book was a just a good time. Loving this series!

More than the title suggests. I loved the witty banter, the mysterious element, the kickass heroine.
This is part of a series that I just might continue.
pickThis is book 2 in the series, and I liked it better than book one. It was funny in places and took a few unexpected turns that surprised me. Mostly, I just got the characters. This is also another of those books that you come for the romance but love the plot. Steamy, but be warned there are a few triggers. 4.5⭐️ 🔥🔥🔥
