You Can't Afford the Luxury of a Negative Thought | 
I woke up this morning at 4am to an immobilizing panic attack. I've had nightmares before and been startled awake but I've never woken up, terrified and unable to move. 😶 As I was getting everyone ready for the morning, I stumbled upon this book, which has no jacket so it's a mystery on the shelf. I'm going to listen to the universe and breathe a little. What will come will come and we'll meet it when it does. 💜
