Book two of this series gives readers hades POV in his relationship with his destined wife, Persephone. Repetitive storyline from book one and same ole sexy scenes make this feel like a longer read than it should. Romantsy, with an emphasis on romance and not much else.
My friend let me borrow these in preparation for the new HadesXPersephone book out next week, because I have read those but not Hades perspective & this was a fun refresher without having to re-read. Since it‘s from an alternate perspective some plot points that were huge in Touch of Darkness became mere blips & others were expanded upon.
Really enjoyed the third book in the Hades x Persephone story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This sequel was so fabulous. I have never read a series where the second book was in another Character‘s point of view, but relayed the same story. At first I was worried that I would get bored but all the details and extra bits and pieces in Hades point of view made me love this story even more!
I love seeing Hades' side of the story. He deserves all of the love. You can see why he chooses not to tell Persephone everything at first and I don't blame him.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🔷 Book 3 of 2023 and I think I am on a roll!!!! Below is my review and oh this is my #january #doublespin #LitsyLove. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/5249457506 #
My August book report! Slowing down a little since I‘ve reached my yearly goal and it feels good! Focusing on my reading challenges and finishing a few series I‘m in the middle of for the rest of the year.
Getting in a little reading before dinner. I'm all caught up on St. Clair's Hades x Persephone series, so I decided to check out book 1 of her Hades Saga. It's essentially book 1 of Hades x Persephone, but from Hades's POV. Feels like a treat to get a glimpse into the mind of a rather mysterious dude lol

I actually liked this whole story better from Hades‘s POV. He‘s more aware of the people around him, and his quick feelings for Persephone make more sense. I liked the insight the reader got into his motivations and feelings.
