You can tell that a lot of the information comes from Malala's autobiography, however there is information about the Taliban, Islam, and Pakistan that influenced Malala and her story.

One thing I need to point out is how sad that some Pakistani say that Malala has betrayed her native land by leaving. The book mentions how a school didn't want to be named after Malala. #Pakistan #FoodandLit @Texreader @Catsandbooks
