pickThis is Rex with my book. When I started this book I did not think I would like it. I did indeed like it and have preordered the next in the series being released in May. Magic, gargoyles, royalty, torture, romance! This book has all that and more.

pickAn entertaining new series, which is a spin off of the Crown of Shards series. You can read this without reading that series, but I definitely recommend it. Great world building, though the main character‘s hatred of male protagonist is a touch frustrating. I did enjoy though and will continue the series. 4⭐️
