This was pretty entertaining, and it took me a while to unpick all of it. I think it would've been better if properly edited by E.C.R. Lorac; shame it was never published in her lifetime.
I have accidentally peeked ahead and... huh? I have no idea how the book is going to get there. Hm.
As I keep telling people, my brain is a potato right now and I blame my exam. Another British Library Crime Classic seems ideal -- and even better, it's by E.C.R. Lorac.
Just got this one, but I think I probably can't resist diving in sooon. E.C.R. Lorac's books are always good.
