so-soI'm halfway through this book. I'm struggling some with it. It could be my fault as I've been reading for hours now..lol. I want to find out what is going to happen to Ruth who has been accused of witchcraft. Of course, she is just well educated as a midwife, herbs and doctoring. It's deep into political history, which I am finding hard to stay with. The talk of sex sounds childish. Men are looking at women and get an erection.
Shaylaina It is difficult to rate a lot of books. I loved the story of Ruth. I found the political talk long and boring. It's historic though, which is cool but still long and dry to read and I like History. I just wanted to get on with the story to find out what was going to happen to Ruth. 4y
