“In recent years, there have been more yoga books written by and for people in larger bodies, but these books are often written specifically for (or marketed specifically to) beginners . . . In general, books for teachers and experienced practitioners have primarily featured models that fit the young, white, slim, heteronormative ‘yoga image‘ that the media often perpetuates.”

Yay for this challenge! It is just what I need going into the busyness of tax season.

1) My monthly book goal is to read my #bookspin and #bonusspin books
2) My January fitness goal is to walk (weather permitting) or ride my recumbent Exercycle 3 days a week. I getting the tagged book and want to do yoga 3 days a week
3) My nutrition goal is cut way back on the sugar.

#BFC21. Thanks, Lynn, for bringing this back.

wanderinglynn Awesome goals! 🎉 And Team BFC will be here to cheer you on! 3y
