Just finished this today. It was really well done and enjoyable. A great selection of haiku. Highly recommended!

An anthology of poems following the development of the haiku form as it has evolved in English. Some familiar names here who have tried their hand at the form as well as lesser known poets. Many of the poems do not follow the classic 5-7-5 form as the debate continues about whether haiku is a strict form or more of a feel. The book concludes with a long essay about the evolution of the form in English.
