Pickpick

This series is so perfect for morning reads with coffee or just before bedtime. The second installment in this series, it starts out a few weeks after the previous book ends. No romance, no big action scenes. Just Melinda working thru whether or not she wants to stay in the small town of Prosper, Iowa or head back to Minneapolis and her faster-paced life now that the summer is over. Lots of animals, gardening, and day-to-day life on a farm. LOVE!!

I‘m always on the hunt for stories with vegetable gardening in them and this one fits the bill perfectly!! This is #2 in the Melinda Foster rural fiction series, following Melinda‘s move to a farm in rural Iowa from her fast-paced life in Minneapolis. I couldn‘t sleep for some reason, so I got up a while ago to read while it is still dark outside. This is such a ‘quiet‘ series-calm, lovely, and easy to read. Goes perfectly with my coffee ☕️
