Chasing a walking corpse into a well, dealing with gigantic bugs, a curse that may or may not be true, and a love story that makes up for most of the confusion that's hidden between the pages.
There are enough moments that stand out and enough images to make your skin crawl to make this mostly worth the read.

pickI've seen a few reviews online saying this was boring and generic but I thought it was a fun read personally. 4 students are given a full ride to Blackwood college a college that has a secret school within that studies the occult and magic. From the very first night the students realize something bad is happening at Blackwood and something is seriously wrong with the dean...curses, spells and gore! Oh my! And of course I'm a sucker for the artwork
Blackwood is back with a 2nd mini-series and it takes my #CoverOfTheWeek only because I love this comic so much and I just wanted to hilight it.
Its kinda like a dark Harry Potter story only way more Occultish. Actually...its not really at all like Harry Potter...but that's the buzzword people use for this series.
I mean...it does take place in a magic school I guess.
Anyways. It's awesome & I really dig it. 🤘
