This is such a nice book to teachyour child about individuality, inclusivity and acceptance. The illustrations were also cute. I just wished it was a bit more colorful.

The illustrations are strange and unique. It's about feeling alone and finding your purpose, and there's a hinted application of a biracial relationship and dueling worlds in society. But I have a couple of issues with the book: 1)Spork never finds common ground or makes friends. 2)His given purpose in the story is very limited and won't last when the baby grows older. My son liked it--speaks best to toddlers and preschoolers, I think. #netgalley
