It was my first novella, and it left me unsatisfied. I thought it was a great idea for an exciting thriller, but in the end, I wanted more. I was missing the deepness of the plot and the well-developed characters. What had a promise of being a creepy and unnerving read ended up being just an OK story with an underwhelming ending. Maybe I am just not the right audience for novellas, and I need a full novel to appreciate the author‘s work.

Pickpick

On October 4th, at 3:30 a.m. a resident of Hanover. Pa. was awakened by the doorbell being repeatedly rung. When they finally get to the door, no one is there. Surveillance video shows a dishelved women with a shackle hanging from her wrist. No one recognizes
Who is this women? How did she get here? Where did she go?
Very creepy and well written, this is short and fantastic suspense.
