This is a wonderful book on how having less can be freeing and can help us let go. The chapters focus on living with less stuff, less information, less remembering, having less control, less doing, less living large, and having less judgment on ourselves. It truly is a wonderful minimalistic read and offers insight on the beauty of ‘less is more‘.

Pickpick

Why does a book about “living with less” have so many “goodies” included? Otherwise, good insights & lots of things to think about.

I‘ve been slacking a bit in my goals - I haven‘t been consistent in working out or reading every day. I‘m not going to beat myself up over it, though - my true goal was to create the habits of working out and reading for enjoyment on a regular basis, which I am doing. I was just using the daily goal as a motivator. So far I‘ve finished 5 books in 2021, & I plan on getting through maybe even one more today with the snow day!

Oh my goodness! I came home from a long, damp, chilly day at work to find a completely unexpected bit of #LitsyLove in my mailbox! @Kaylamburson thank you SO MUCH for this lovely birthday gift! It genuinely made my whole day better! I am super excited about delving into this!

Kaylamburson Awwww, yay!! Happy Birthday!! I'm so glad it made your day, and it arrived safely. Stay warm for the rest of the evening. It is super gross out. 📚🥳💜 5y
TheAromaofBooks @Kaylamburson - thank you!!! I already have the space heater blowing on toes while I'm scrolling through Litsy. :-D 5y

Kaylamburson Good thing you stayed in. There was sideways rain over here and I'm soaked! Excited to climb in bed and read 😊 5y
TheAromaofBooks @Kaylamburson - the rain is moving on, but the chilly weather is staying. I complained about it being super hot a couple weeks ago, but I'm not sure I'm ready to wear this many layers to work already!! Hopefully your day involves a minimal amount of sideways rain. ;-) 5y
Kaylamburson Hahaha, right?? Today will be the chilliest so far. Less rain, but winds up to 45 mph 😱. Stay warm and safe!!! 5y
