mandarchy I tell my students every time we read a fairy tale that the story is probably older than the invention of the book, print, and the alphabet. 3y

Pickpick

I liked this book. I used to have this read to me when I was little and it was, still is, one of my favorite books for children. I think that it brings the perfect level of fantasy and reality throughout.
Aside from the story, the illustrations were good and some realistic. Illustrations are very important to me, and I imagine most other people as well. I loved looking at the pictures and could not wait to see what was next.
